Do not worry if you cannot involve all the senses; just try to use as many as you can.
4. Get ready to fight with yourself - panic attacks are the direct results of over-inflated worries. Learn to be your most powerful critic. Make a list of all the fears that plague you and punch holes into each one of them, citing at least three reasons why such a fear would never be realized. Make a habit of this and after a while, you will find that you have conquered a good majority of these fears.

How to Create a Hierarchy For Phobia Desensitization!
In order to desensitize yourself from your fears, you will have to work a program of gradual exposure through visual or real life contact with your fear. Most people do this through visuals, gradually exposing themselves in their mind to their fear.
Some people prefer to do real life exposure and some a combination. The method you choose depends on the level of your anxiety as well as the practicality of confronting your fear in real life.
Confronting your fear of shopping in the grocery store or a crowded place is much more doable than working on gradual steps flying in a plane or going in the ocean if you live far away from one.
The process of desensitization requires the formation of a hierarchy of steps to achieve your goal. Making a hierarchy is a key to success because it will help you confront your fear in a gradual and doable way and you´ll see real progress as you work you way down the list.
In order to create a hierarchy, write down your fear at the top of a paper and your goal at the bottom of the paper. Break the steps towards completing your goal into at least 8 parts. b) once you´ve mastered the parking lot, get out of the car and walk to the mall entrance with your support person.
c) next time go in the mall with your support person and build on that in time increments.
d) next go into stores and spend some time in them in increasing increments. Then you can work on buying things.
The goal is to build up your endurance to this exposure and eventually do things without your support person.
You don´t have to expose yourself in real life; you can also desensitize yourself if you are able to picture the sights, sounds and smells of a mall.
Creating your hierarchy give you your roadmap to success. Check off each step as you complete it successfully and write down the date you completed it. You will feel a real sense of accomplishment and see progress over the coming weeks and months as you work to overcome your fears.

Organic crops are produced without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or genetic modification. As the organic industry grows, fewer toxic chemicals are going into our water and air. But beware products that claim to be organic: unless that claim is USDA Certified Organic, the glossy 'organic' lipstick you're tempted by could contain as few as one organic ingredient. The green and white USDA label guarantees that the ingredients (not including water, naturally) in your product are 95% or more organic. Other organic certifications such as EcoCert are less stringent in their qualifications.
One of the side benefits of buying certified organic products is that they do not contain 1,4 dioxane, a carcinogenic contaminant found in many foaming products, especially those with the ingredient sodium laureth sulfate.
Vegetarian / Vegan / Cruelty-free
For many people, being green also includes being kind to the other animals that share the planet with us. Vegetarian cosmetics may contain ingredients like beeswax, honey, or milk that were obtained without harming the animal; vegan cosmetics contain no animal products.
Cruelty-free products (look for the Leaping Bunny or PETA symbol) were developed without being tested on animals. A cruelty-free product can still contain animal products. Watch out for ingredients like stearic acid (usually derived from cow or sheep fat), oleyl alcohol (inedible beef fat), and carmine (red dye made from crushed beetles and frequently found in natural lipsticks as an alternative to chemical dyes).
Biodegradable / Recyclable / Minimal Packaging
When in doubt, go for the makeup with the most eco-friendly packaging -- recyclable, recycled, minimal, or biodegradable. Many synthetic ingredients, including parabens (preservatives), sodium laureth/ lauryl sulfate (foaming agents), and phthalates (binders) range from mildly irritating to potentially carcinogenic.
- Petroleum / petrochemical ingredients. Not only are fossil fuels a non-renewable resource, they are ineffective moisturizers because they don't absorb into your skin. Choose a plant-based oil instead, such as jojoba, shea butter, or sunflower oil.
- The labels 'pure' and 'all-natural.' Unless the ingredients and a USDA organic tag back it up, these labels are not regulated and do not guarantee anything.

Laser Hair Removal Treatment
When you come in for your laser hair removal appointment, a nurse or technician will trim your hair with a pair of scissors. You can also shave the area the day before the treatment, but do not shave it that morning. Do not wax, pluck, or otherwise remove hairs by their roots in the weeks preceding the treatment, because this will make the lasers completely ineffective.
Before the laser is used on your skin, a cooling gel will be applied. This gel will protect your skin from the laser beam, allowing the laser to pass safely through so it can disable the hair follicles.
During your procedure, the doctor and you will both wear protective glasses so the laser beam cannot enter your eyes. Then, a hand held laser device will be held to your skin. The doctor will send laser pulses into your skin. Each laser pulse removes a section of hairs. During this procedure, you may feel a slight stinging sensation, but it should not be too painful. A small area, like the upper lip, will take just ten to fifteen minutes. A larger area, like the legs, may require up to two hours.
After the session, the skin in the treated area will likely be red and a little swollen. This should subside in a day or two; your doctor may give you aloe gel or anti-inflammatory creams to help during this time. You can also ice the area. In the next two to three weeks, you should notice shedding of the treated hairs. Exfoliating the treated area can help to speed up this process.
After your first treatment, schedule a few follow-up sessions, spaced about four to six weeks apart. Laser hair removal is only effective against hair follicles that are in the active growth phase; not all of these follicles will be in this phase at any given time. Several treatments are required to catch all of the hairs in the active growth phase. After each procedure, there will be less and less hair in the area. After a few sessions, you should have long-lasting hair removal. However, months or years in the future, you may find need for further treatments. Laser hair removal disables, but does not completely destroy, the hair follicles.

Long Cardio is Not the Best Way to Lose Weight Fast
When most women start a workout program, they automatically end up doing several hours of cardio a week; this is just the norm. Women think that in order to lose fat, they must spend a lot of time walking on a treadmill, plodding away on an elliptical, or spinning on a bike. Believe me when I tell you, this is not the best way. Endless cardio is not the best way to lose fat. It is actually the worst method when you want fast, effective fat loss. Yes, you read that right: long, slow cardio is the worst way to shed fat fast. If that is the worst way, what is the best? I'm glad you asked. The best way to lose fat is by:
1) Engaging in strength training. By performing strength training exercises about 3 days a week, you will build lean muscle. You will not get big and bulky, ladies; it just won't happen. But by increasing lean muscle, you will burn more fat all day long; even while you sleep! Who could argue with that? Also, by building lean muscle, you will develop an athletic, lean look instead of the "skinny fat" appearance that most marathon runners have. Make sure you use compound free weight and bodyweight exercises; no isolation exercises allowed.
2) Perform higher intensity cardio work. No more 60 minute sessions walking on a treadmill. Here's a better way: have a set distance, say 2 or 3 miles. What you should do is time yourself to see how long it takes you to walk 2 miles. The next time you walk those 2 miles, you have to beat your time, even if it's only by 5 or 10 seconds. And again, the next time you walk the 2 miles, you must do it faster than the second time.
This is a way of increasing the intensity of your workout to get more results in less time. And once you can't beat your time anymore, feel free to add an incline (if you're using a treadmill) and start the process over again. Another option is to add some bodyweight exercises throughout your walk. Walk for 5 minutes and then do 10-15 pushups and 15-25 squats. Repeat this about every 5 minutes. These 2 tips are very basic but can produce huge results. By following these 2 tips you will spend less time working out while achieving more results. Start incorporating these tips into your workout program and see the fat melt off! Remember: be consistent.

The Best Type of Cardio Exercise For Fast Weight Loss
People all too often think that to be healthy means they have to spend hours a week doing something they hate; it's almost like it's torture. "Damn, I've got to get my cardio in today." People are forcing themselves to do something they hate!
So, what is the best way to perform a cardio workout? My answer: by doing something you enjoy.
Just let me explain. The best method for getting in your cardio work is the one that you will do consistently. If you hate what you're doing, chances are you won't stick to for long.
There are more options here than people realize. Do you enjoy participating in any recreation sports? If so, play those! What were some of your favorite activities when you were a kid? Try to get outdoors. Most people are confined to indoors most of the time. Take this time to get out and enjoy the fresh air.
Even something as simple as going to the park to play with your kids can count as your "cardio workout". Run around, play tag, climb on the monkey bars...just do something! Getting healthy doesn't mean you have to do something completely structured and planned. Personally, I don't like typical cardio workouts like riding a stationary bike or using an elliptical machine. I much prefer to lift weights. However, I know the importance of keeping my cardiovascular system healthy, so I make sure I include those sessions.
But, I don't walk on a treadmill like a hamster or do spinning classes. Instead I like to go rock climbing, hiking through the woods, and bike riding on trails. Another personal favorite is playing soccer with my dog.
Don't get stuck in the mindset that you have to "exercise" to be healthy. Try to find an activity that you enjoy. This is a great opportunity to find a new hobby as well.
This form of "working out" is what I like to call playing with purpose. Forget the term "workout" and just go and enjoy life. You will be more likely to be consistent if you engage in an activity that you genuinely enjoy.
One more thing: you don't have to do hours of "cardio" each week. If you are trying to lose fat, your diet is the most important thing. That fact has never, and will never change.

Cardio Clarification For Your Weight Loss Goals
It has recently come to my attention that people are getting confused about cardio. Let me start off by stating this: not all activities that are considered "cardio" are bad for you. Nor should you avoid them.
Allow me to explain: everyone would benefit from going on a brisk 30 minute walk everyday. It is very beneficial to your overall health. What I don't recommend, however, is spending hours per week on a machine in an effort to improve body composition. There are simply way more effective (both with time and outcome) methods that can be used.
Everyone should engage in activity that stresses their cardiovascular system. One of my favorite methods is playing soccer with my dog. I get to run around, get my heart rate up, watch my dog act completely insane, get some fresh air, and improve my health.
My other favorite methods are bodyweight circuits. These are very challenging and aren't as stressful on the joints like running. I also perform intervals with bodyweight exercises, sandbags, kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells. These allow me to "get my heart rate up" and decrease body fat. These activities also take significantly less time than traditional "cardio" workouts.
I'll also give you my professional opinion on running: if your main goal is health and improvements in body composition, I would not do it. There are too many other options that are much more joint friendly. I spoke to a radiologist a few years ago, and he said he would never run again because of all the damage he sees in individuals who ran frequently. It can just wear out your knees.
This is especially true if you are a woman. Sorry, ladies. We are biologically made to have wider hips, and that's not great news if you spend time running. Several years ago I used to run several days a week, and my right knee started to hurt. I got an MRI on my knee and was told my medial meniscus was in the shape "that you see in an older person." I believe I was only 18 then.
However, if running is an activity you thoroughly enjoy, and it doesn't cause you pain, I would never discourage you from doing that. Do what you love!
There are two types of people who run:
A) Those who run for enjoyment and/or compete in races
B) Those who say, "Ugh. I've gotta go run because I have to get my cardio in."
If you are type A, more power to you. That's awesome that you have an activity that you enjoy. If you are type B, however, you should find a more enjoyable activity that trains your energy systems. Don't waste time doing something you don't enjoy; especially when there are other methods that could get you results.
I apologize to anyone I confused. I would never discourage someone from engaging in activities that improve their cardiovascular health. I would, however, probably suggest alternative methods of doing so.
If your typical "cardio" workouts are on a machine, get off them. Do some bodyweight circuits instead.
1) Bodyweight Squats x15
2) Pushups x10
3) Inverted Rows x10
4) Plank x20-30 seconds
Go through the circuit without rest. Rest 1 minute at the end and go through the circuit 2-3 more times.
Simple, yet very effective.

Why Cardio is Over-Rated
Oh, the cardio craze; it's all around us! You see these "cardio crazies" everywhere: sprinting through your neighborhood, biking up steep hills, and racing to keep up with the insanely fast pace of the treadmill at the gym. They have a determined look in their eye and sweat pouring down their face. Their mascot is the energizer bunny and they attempt to keep going and going and going.But the question is, are they going somewhere, or are they just "running" around in circles? (and wasting battery power) While cardio is important and offers calorie torching and cardiovascular health benefits, it is not the answer to every fitness question. You MUST incorporate strength training into your work out routine to obtain the strongest results.
I was once told by a fitness instructor that if you could either do only cardio or weight lifting for one year, you should lift the weight. This confused me since I was also told that muscles can't be seen without blasting the fat that covers them through cardio. But then I discovered the irony; what really blasts this fat into oblivion? Muscle! Strength training starts a fire in our muscles that continuously burns fat. It keeps our metabolisms aflame, resulting in sustained long term weight. Think of it this way; a pound of muscle burns more calories than a pound of fat. Therefore, the more muscle we carry means the more calories we'll burn even when doing.nothing! That should get you to the lifting bench!
Now that we understand the fundamentals of weight training, let's examine why cardio should be limited for a certain gym-going posse: the hard core lifters and body builders. When these buff bros enter the gym, their blood sugar is up, and their energy storage is stable. If they were to immediately join the "cardio crazies" on the treadmill, they would exert potent energy and use up stored glycogen. This would have a negative effect on their lifting routine, hindering muscle overload. Actually, they should only do cardio about two or three times a week at low intensity. Cardio burns calories that their muscle mass depends on to be built. If they're concerned about gaining fat, they should take it up with their kitchen not the stair master. Their diet will determine whether they collect the weight they're not looking to gain.
What about the people who aren't looking to gain; what about women? You see women running from the weight room all the time, as if it's going to bite them. They make up the majority of the "cardio crazy" population since many are frightened by a dumbbell. Why? Because it will bulk them up and make them bigger. Wrong!!! This is an ironic fear because weight lifting will only make them smaller, firing up their fat burning machine and increasing lean body mass. And their DNA and genetic make-up will prevent them from ever resembling a bodybuilder. Everyone will benefit from a strength training regimen, so get out there and lift those weights! The Importance of Breathing Properly
The billions of cells in our body need good quality water and a regular supply of oxygen to survive and thrive and to do their work to keep us healthy. Recently I discussed the need to drink sufficient good quality water. In this article I want to discuss the importance of getting a good supply of oxygen ( or "O") into our lungs.
Breathing in oxygen is something we all do, well, all of us who are alive, that is - but most of us don't do it properly. We breathe lazily, shallowly and quickly and so don't get the physical benefits that our bodies need from a decent supply of "0" flowing deep into our lungs. It is in the lower half of our lungs that the Oxygen is best absorbed into the blood stream, so deep breathing on a regular basis is important to keeping the blood well oxygenated.
When we get stressed, or panic, we tend to breathe even more quickly and more shallowly and our heart rate increases. Sometimes we almost stop breathing and this causes our body to react more negatively to the situation causing the stress. One of the best remedies for stress, or panic, or feeling drained and lethargic, is to take 10 long, slow and deep breaths and let the "O" flow to the furthest recesses of our lungs and in so doing, pump more oxygen into our blood supply. This in turn feeds our cells with the much needed food. Hold your breath for a count of ten, then let the air out slowly through the mouth and repeat over and over. Breath in slowly and deeply through the nose, hold your breath, then breath out slowly through the mouth.
In the lungs the increased oxygen absorbed by the blood is exchanged for carbon dioxide (CO2) which is expelled into the atmosphere, to be absorbed by trees and plants. Here it is again, together with sunlight, converted to "O" and water, through Photosynthesis and so the process goes full circle.
Did you know that the Rain Forests in the Amazon Jungle account for almost 20% of all oxygen produced in the world? That is why it is so important to preserve the Rain Forests.
Taking 10 deep breaths regularly throughout the day (and feeling your ribcage expand fully with each breath) has a similar effect on the body as aerobic exercise and can lead to a healthier physical state.
So make sure you get enough oxygen into your lungs regularly throughout the day and you will feel the benefits on your wellbeing and fitness levels. Try to schedule to do this at least 4 or 5 times each day.

Cardio Or No Cardio For Fat Loss?
To cardio or not to cardio? That is the question. You see it everyday when you walk into the gyms, people doing tons and tons of slow-paced cardio. And let me ask you, are their bodies any different from a year ago, or even two years ago? I am willing to bet their bodies are not.
Slow-paced cardio, traditional cardio is not as effective as people think when it comes to losing fat and building tone muscles. Just take a look at a world class sprinter's body as compared to a slow-paced marathon runner. Who looks better? That's right, the sprinter looks much better. And why? Because the sprinter trains his or her fast-twitch muscle fiber, the fiber that grows up to 100% of its original size. And that is extremely important when it comes to fat loss. The more muslce you have the faster your metabolic rate will be.
The marathon runner trains his or her slow-twitch muscle fiber, which only has capacity to grow about 25% of its size. That's why marathon runners are thin, and still have loose, fatty skin tissue. They don't look great. As you can see slow-paced cardio is not the best way to burn fat and build a beautiful, toned body.
Second, slow-paced cardio only leaves your metabolism raised for a couple of hours afterwards as compared to intense stop and go training, where your metabolic rate will be raised up to 24 to 48 hours. Now, tell me, which one will you help you burn more fat calories for a much longer period of time.
Bottom line, slow-paced cardio is NOT the best way to lose fat. I recommend a combination of lifting weights and interval training, such as wind sprints and stadiums.

You can also help prevent acne by eating well, exercising and generally keeping yourself healthy. So, acne vulgaris, what is it? It's not pimple that pop open and start swearing at you, despite the vulgaris bit in there. Like when we have copper, that's familiar, copper electrical wire...one of the things about metals is that they like to bundle up against each other so that they can carry a current. They cling to each other. When you break up that clinginess in a metal and get it broken down to very fine particles or one-atom clusters or four-atom clusters or nine-atom clusters, depending on what the metal is, suddenly, you don't have a metal any more. It spontaneously flips into another form due the coulomb force, which is one of the forces that holds atoms closely to each other or disperses them-it's a very intense force that happens at the atomic level called the coulomb wave. C-o-u-l- o-m-b. Something good to look up, actually. It flips into another wave form so that the atoms are no longer close to each other. They then cluster far apart in the same way silica does.
What happens is that we then misidentify that substance and call it silica. So all of these things that we've called carbon or silica, maybe 99% of it was carbon, but 1% of it isn't actually carbon, but our analysis techniques are not able to differentiate something that looks like carbon but really isn't carbon.
Kevin: Right.
David: But now they are. Now we're at the place where we can differentiate. So, we're starting to see, uh-oh, we missed something. We were calling this iron, calcium, aluminum, silica and carbon, those are the five big mistakes, and it's not that. It's something else. What is this stuff? Well, actually what it is is some type of metal. It could be gold, it could be copper, it could be nickel, it could be silver, that's been flecked off into such fine, little pieces that it actually doesn't look like a
metal at all.
This is probably how metals come into existence in the first place. In the belly of the Earth, the Earth has disassociated the metals so finely that as they come up in lava, they're dispersed and they're actually not metals anymore. So, when they're that state, when that coulomb wave form changes and they're dispersed from each other, there's a very intense force put on the nucleus of each atom in that general vicinity. What happens is it bends the space-time fabric. This is the theory at the moment. And it draws in an energy from the vacuum.
So these particles have a very high propensity to be able to draw in energy from nothing, from the vacuum. Therefore they're very much linked to those areas inside our body that are related to that, like nerves, the brain, the way our cardiovascular system works, joints, skin-all of this kind of thing. What I'm saying is that we've got to get minerals in our body, but we're getting the wrong ones. The ones that have been identified by science may not be the ones we need. It may be these Ormus minerals that we actually need. That's been my experience actually.

As a natural scientist, meaning not someone who's in a lab coat and eating out of a vending machines-that's important because we can't be eating out of vending machines and making the next progress in consciousness. It's not going to happen in a laboratory. But we can get into a natural environment and experiment and begin to see patterns and then follow up on those patterns.
I've been doing that for thirteen-and-a-half years with Ormus and I've seen the patterns. I know that we're getting closer into the truth of these things.
What the truth of these things is this: The Ormus elements, the reason why they evade us is because they're like female elements. Like, a guy walks into a women's bathroom, the women are going to run in the stalls or something. They're going to evade our type of male analysis patterns, which is very aggressive and very overt. These things are subtle; they can't be observed that way. They have to be subtly observed. These elements are antipodes, or they're female, so they're antipodes to the male energy. And the sun is male and the atmosphere is male. Where they meet, that's where you have life.

They said, "It's hydrogen." So, I'm getting that from chemists who don't know anything of what I'm doing or what I'm up to. I'm like, "Oh, whoa!"
